Mansiskating.com (Site) is the property of Mansiskating Inc. (“Mansiskating”). Mansiskating respects the privacy concerns of visitors and/or members to the Site.
To visit our Site, it is not mandatory for the Visitors to register with the Site. But unregistered Visitors shall have a limited access to the Site.
Two types of registrations are available with the Site. One registration is for the usual visitor whose intention is just to visit the Site and view the programs and classes, the other one is for the member who wishes to take part in the classes and activities.
Each Visitor who has completed and submitted a registration form on the Site by giving its information (such as name, gender, country, and email address) to Mansiskating is a registered Visitor of the Site (a “Registered Visitor”). An account (“Account”) will be established for each Registered Visitor and each Registered Visitor can choose a password (“Password”) for log-in access to its own Account.
Mansiskating gives access to the registered visitors without confirming and verifying the e-mail address provided by them just to ease the process of registration. If the visitor uses the fake or third party’s e-mail address for registering with the Site, Mansiskating shall not be held responsible to anyone for anything happened pursuant to such registration.
Each Member who has completed and submitted a registration form on the Site by giving its information (such as name, gender, country, and email address) to Mansiskating is a Registered Member and an account (“Account”) has been established for such Registered Member after verification and confirmation of his/her e-mail address and each Registered Member can choose a password (“Password”) for log-in access to its own Account.
If the Registered Member is a business entity, you represent that (a) you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement; (b) the address you use when registering is the principal place of business of such business entity; and (c) all other information submitted to Mansiskating during the registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Hereinafter the registered Visitor and registered Member together called as User.
Mansiskating may suspend or terminate a User’s Account at any time by giving no less than 24-hour notice to the User; provided, however, that notice is not required for such termination if (a) in Mansiskating’s determination, there is any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the User; or (b) Mansiskating has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by a User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete, or (c) Mansiskating believes that the User’s actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to Mansiskating’s other Users, or Mansiskating.
The User shall not use the Account to publish, distribute, transmit or circulate any unsolicited advertising or promotional information or any content that is obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or which incites or results in causing racial hatred, discrimination, menace, or breach of confidence.
Mansiskating may refuse registration and deny the issuance of an Account and Password to any Visitor for whatever reason.
We may log IP addresses and/or drop cookies to prevent abuse of our website and/or to enhance services.
We may use information to ensure that Users follow our terms. Users may authorize and receive email notifications related to Mansiskating services. Mansiskating may disclose information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with Mansiskating’s property, visitors, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
We may sometimes use non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site, to personalize our visitors’ experience or to offer products, programs, and services. We may also use this information in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer products, programs, or services.
